I just used my tax return and bought a 87 jamboree rv for my son and I. We r homeless due to our rent here in Florida going from 800 to 1800 in a year. I'm fixing up the inside and decided my source of power must be a good indoor portable power source. I just ordered the delta 1300 . We will boondocks at my job and the beach. I'm so ignorant to all of this and I'm trying my best to gain knowledge to benefit us. This video is an absolute blessing and u taught me so much by just laying it out in lamen and giving examples. I now wish I bought the the delta 2000 but I wouldn't be able to afford it. But my new goal is that one paired with the 1300
Fangirl here :) ... this video helped me very much! I have to go watch the River video and then look at current prices, etc. I'm very interested in the EcoWave also. I live in rural NW Montana and my power is underground from highway ... in almost 16 years here, 3x power out for over an hour and max of 4 hours ... BUT ??? I have a woodstove for cooking/heating in winter but I want backup for my well pump, A/C, frig and generally I would like to set up to be ok "off grid" if necessary. My house is wired for a gas gen. I have a motorhome with a gas gen and so it is my backup at present. But, I dislike gas gen: noise, smell and then maintenance vs these large solar/plug in batteries. I have been following EcoFlow for some time and the education in this video and I am guessing others, will help me made a decision. Thank you Tech Made Easy and my Emmett says "Hi" to your Brooklyn :)
Just bought the EcoFlow Delta Max 2000w. Should be here in a few days. I'm so excited. I live in Vietnam and the power goes out all the time. Next time I'll be more than ready. I original tried to order the 1300 but they were out of stock. You video has confirmed that the 2000W MAX is definitely a better fit for me. Cheers
Delta Pro is the only one using LifePO4 battery. That means at least ~3,000 cycles and higher surge limit. Great if you ever plan to use a fridge or air conditioner
My friend. WOW!!! Excellent, Excellent, Excellent, Excellent…. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, The best explanation in all of RUclips…. Thanks. Today I buy EcoFlow Delta Max 2000.
Thanks again sir, I bought the ecoflow Delta 1300 based on your review. I love it, it's totally awesome. I don't regret a single penny. One of the most sensible purchases I ever made.
I have to say what a well put together video and introduction to these inverters. The host has a lovely clear articulate accent (I am English English so I find the young American accent a bit confusing! ) and the style of introduction was logical, informative and a breath of fresh air among other channels. I only watch RUclips nowadays and find there is such amazing content by conscientious Tubers like this gentleman. I have decided to buy the mini for my holiday home in South Africa for the 2-3 hours “loadshedding” (power cut) so I can watch my RUclipss on the big telly. I have gas stove for getting my 2 hour tea fix and refrigerator can go on and off as it likes so the capacity and function is just right for me . Again thanks for very well presented “ military officer style” instruction and excellent slides and explanation. 👍
I have been researching these generators for about 2 months seeing a lot of testing of different brands your video is the one that has convinced me to get the delta I really appreciate your information especially on that refrigerator test you did just trying to get prepared for what might happen and by the way dead ringer Howard Stern I think that's why you never show your face.. 😊
I prefer to purchase EcoFlow Delta Max 2000 because it is portable, versatile, and has enough wattage to support almost everything. It is much cheaper and lighter than Ecoflow Delta Pro. It is also expandable. I can put it on my time machine for my backup power. It will crank the power to time travel. If the case of a mishap disaster when I am stranded somewhere in a time and place, the EcoFlow Delta Max solar generator with solar panels will be my lifesaver. It helps me to escape alive from the nightmare of the Twilight Zone! 👍🤣👍
I have 2 ecoflow river units. Each one is connected to its own 200 watt rich solar panel. On a sunny day like today i can power my refrigerator, my primo water dispenser, 43 inch Samsung tv, soundbar, ionic pro air purifier, and i am charging my worx 4ah battery. I love my ecoflow. I also have ego nexus power station too that i also have a 200 watt rich solar panel connected. Quite the investment but free power is so nice!
I was wondering if I could justify one of these as a backup for a power outage, assuming it would gather dust in my shed in the meantime. You have really got me thinking now about other ways I could use it. Great comment, thank you!
Useful trick. If you can controll the wattage input like on the mini: you can set it to daisy chain off your other older batteries (like a jackery 500). Example: I want to use my jackery 500 to run this microwave- set input to 500w on ecoflow, then use jackery to charge ecoflow. Run large appliance that jackery 500 was never meant to run by using jackery's power bank with ecoflows inverter. If you feel extra frisky, use that old jackery solar panel to charge jackery's input for the pass through charge.
I just received my delta 1300. And didn’t know about the app until I got it. They need to make some sort of plug in device or something available to connect to the app for the 1300. The tech is there specially when you’re paying all this money
Just subscribed to your channel, you explain clearly and concisely. Thank you. The Delta Max 2000 was delivered from Amazon today so your videos are very helpful. 2yrs ago I purchased a ecoflow river for blackouts in my rural farm area but wanted something that could power my internet/phone/lights for a few days. Wish I bought the Delta Pro but thankfully when it's needed I can purchase an add on. Also got the 220 panels in the deal. They are very heavy but thanks to your videos I'm learning how to set things up. Thanks again.

Such a great video thank you. I live in the city and wanted one of these for when power goes out. Now that I know the delta mini will run my new fridge and upright freezer the only thing I can’t find out is if it would run my 40 gallon natural gas hot water tank. Thanks again for great video
They're all well and good you still need to charge them I bought a generator Arizona is great for solar about Northern Arizona I spent two years see the sun one day each winter Pennsylvania East Coast you got to have a generator rural areas you will see power back on for 6 days

@TechMadeEzy You got it! After watching this I was nearly sold on the Delta 2000 but ended up ordering Delta 2 1300/1800 due to the 27lb portability & option to expand. This will serve my needs I'm confident quite well... I am curious though as to your thoughts on what solar panel would decently quickly charge it? 220w? I saw someone mention 400w? Then I have seen the ecoflow solar panel cord for sale ($20 Ebay) & am wondering if a different brand that might be dual sided would be the better effective option? Prior to watching your video, I almost went with the River 2 Pro, which I'm fairly certain I wouldn't have been as happy with as I recently returned my River 2 Max for narrowly missing my needs. But I have to say you do a better job than Ecoflow themselves in effectively teaching the awesome details & differences between models 🙏
Wondering if you might be able to answer a question re: power & capacity! I received my Delta 2 yesterday, charged it up & tried out my 12V Craftsman lawn edger which triggered IMMEDIATE overload. Now my River 2 Max (before I returned it for Delta) actually would weakly run my edger, it even cut grass/sod for a close to a min before it would overload. Knowing the power difference of the two, I didn't think there'd be any qualms about Delta 2 handling this beautifully- shouldn't it be able to handle this type device for at least 30-60min before draining? River 2 Max was only rated 500w with 1000w xboost- my lawn edger read out running that was somewhere about 1200w as I watched it. Delta 2 far exceeds that as advertised. Do you know what's possibly happening there?
I have the River Pro with the extra battery. It's 1442wh total. It was a mess synching everything together via the app! But once their firmware was updated, it's been smooth moving. I have the Ecoflow 160 watt panel, but even on sale ($279), it's more costly than most others. I just wanted to keep with Ecoflow for battery pack & panel(s). I want to buy a few Renogy 100 watt panels, as they're about $100 and have a decent reputation. I'm considering one of these Delta's as my next generator pack!! Great video! Cheers from Detroit!
I’ve watched all of the ecoflow videos I have the river wireless and river pro. I’ve tested the hell out of both. My next one will be the delta max 2000wh.
This is a really good video for me. I’m trying to decide how much I can afford in order to keep my well pump going, and my downstairs freezer. Possibly the Wi-Fi, but that would probably go out. I’m thinking one for the basement and one for the kitchen. Maybe a smaller version upstairs to plug in appliances and needed things like my woodstove fan. I’m going to have to get help to have the solar panels on the back deck and wired into the house for charging that way. However, it is invaluable for me to be able to keep one charged inside the house at all times since I am in a very rural area, but I do not want propane at all. Thank you.

Thanks for comparison, I'm trying to decided to go with River Pro with solar panel (Sale at costco) or a Predator Inverter 2000 watt generator

Everything points me to DeltaPro because of expansion and the 30 amp outlet. I am trying to have something to use as electric backup, travel trailer use , And off - grid at my ranch. I really like one thing to do all.
