really refreshing and probably the best song on the album, very nice change of pace from 200+ bpm songs that've been made lately. would really love to see more chill stuff like this from camellia
I'm so glad you were able to get Toby Fox to be a part of this song, because it'll be a great reminder for people that outside of Undertale and DeltaRune, Toby's still incredibly talented with his musical skills The Toby Fox influence in this song really shows, this entire song sounds absolutely astonishing I think the segment of the song starting from 2:02 is really good, ESPECIALLY 2:30, the chiptune there is incredible, I'd say 2:30 is my favorite part of the song; 3:10 is also a pretty amazing segment (Also, small fun fact about the art, Temmie Chang made it, meaning both Toby and Temmie were involved with this)
@@ayenhatestypos Yeah, I know about DEP, I just wanted to bring up how this album coincidentally happened to bring the trio of Toby, Temmie, and Camellia together again, if that makes sense

If anyone missed it I just want to say that Camellia and Toby have already made an album together. They made the ost for "Dweller's empty path" edit: Temmie was there too
Two artists that grew up with the Mother series, collaborating with a track that I would describe nothing short of "magical". Bless Camellia and Toby Fox.
this collab is literally the most unexpected thing in history besides the fact that it turned out amazing considering they're 2 completely different styles of artist
It's such a unique feeling that Toby's works manages to evoke in me... It feels like his music & games are from my childhood, in ways that most other "retro style" but still modern 2D RPGs & chiptune songs just can't do. Like, genuinely feels like I grew up with them in particular! I call that feeling "Newstalgia." 🥲 This song definitely does that for me too. Even though Camellia did a great job mixing it around in his own style, the melody & heart of it come through & give me that feeling again. (Goes to show how talented Camellia is as a remixer too; he knows how to keep the "soul" of the original song intact, even while making it go a little crazy.)

@@kickingpanda773 One thing I noticed while listening to this music is that if you listen carefully from 1:35 to 1:57 you will hear "WELCOME TO THE CITY" from Deltarune Chapter 2.
