I'm so glad you were able to get Toby Fox to be a part of this song, because it'll be a great reminder for people that outside of Undertale and DeltaRune, Toby's still incredibly talented with his musical skills The Toby Fox influence in this song really shows, this entire song sounds absolutely astonishing I think the segment of the song starting from 2:02 is really good, ESPECIALLY 2:30, the chiptune there is incredible, I'd say 2:30 is my favorite part of the song; 3:10 is also a pretty amazing segment (Also, small fun fact about the art, Temmie Chang made it, meaning both Toby and Temmie were involved with this)

this collab is literally the most unexpected thing in history besides the fact that it turned out amazing considering they're 2 completely different styles of artist

It feels like his music & games are from my childhood, in ways that most other "retro style" but still modern 2D RPGs & chiptune songs just can't do. Like, genuinely feels like I grew up with them in particular! I call that feeling "Newstalgia." 🥲 This song definitely does that for me too. Even though Camellia did a great job mixing it around in his own style, the melody & heart of it come through & give me that feeling again. (Goes to show how talented Camellia is as a remixer too; he knows how to keep the "soul" of the original song intact, even while making it go a little crazy.)

This made me nostalgic for something that never happened. It really captured that wonderment of adventure. That same feeling of when you first left Midgar in FFVII. Realizing how huge the world is for the first time & the exhilaration of all the possibilities.
