(at least b1) 2. Salary Threshold: For Blue Card someone need to have 41k Euro Annual Salary Offer before it was around 48K. 3. Qualification: University Degree (4 years Bachelor or 2 years Master) if someone gets job without german language knowledge and salary threshold of 41K Euro it will take him/her at least 36 months to get PR card otherwise 21 months.
