In a T-shirt I also look for the fabric being cut straight along the weave. Often one panel will be almost diagonal 😱

Thank you Sarah for these great tips. I mostly purchase online because I require tall sizes. Shopping in store is infrequent for me. What do you recommend for online purchases? I read reviews for every garment and will be more faithful about checking fabric content. Any other suggestions?

Thanks Heather. Unfortunately shopping online leaves a little more room for error by its very nature. I would also recommend checking the fabric composition and care instructions. This can tell you a lot. Otherwise, a thorough check of the item upon arrival is the next best thing!
