In my quest to teach you to be the best producer you can be, we dive into the world of top loops. A signed producer can quickly call in a drummer, pianist, and experts in grooves into the studio to bring an idea to life. We compete with that by using Loops from Sample Packs to the utmost of their capabilities created by talented individuals. Many of you already have many top loops; with the right combination and approach, you can turn them into banging grooves.
In this video, I present a basic, simple approach that will cement the idea of only grabbing what you need from your top loops to sculpt them together to create something new.

IS the clip gain just a more granular way to remove some elements vs. removing the section from the actual loop, or is this more to that?
Exactly the same
So I shouldnt put different reverbs (plate, room, etc) on different different drums? For example, Usually I use a plateon hats, room on claps, etc
If it sounds good it’s good I just teach theory so that beginners can follow. As an experienced producer you can start to break the rules and find what works
