A bunch of people asked for a compilation of the series so here it is! Honestly I’m surprised it’s over an hour and it’s not even including day 20 and 28
I hope this series might come back, the creativity was amazing during this challenge! Even if its for 1 day it was so interesting seeing you experiment with different combinations of noodles or new recipes!
My favorite part in this video is that Lisa isn't scared of showing us her failures and mess-ups while she cooks. She shows that not everything is made to perfection, but it shouldn't be and it can still be tasty as hell. Love that confidence. 👌
I was about to write this exact thing! Her videos really have helped me get more confident with my cooking because no I know failures are just another learning experience!
Those spicy cheese noodles on day six are NO joke. My mom got me a couple of them from world market to try and they are DECEPTIVELY spicy. The packaging looks so innocent so I was shocked 😂
I’m sitting here planning on watching this whole video. It’s 4 in the morning, and I have school in four hours, and should be getting sleep. But I decided to watch this, because it’ll either put me to sleep with how calming Lisa’s voice is, or it’ll keep me up Bcz it’s just amazing content in general. Either way, I’m not going to get much sleep. So eh.
The best way to keep the ramen buns from falling apart is cooking them, letting the noodles cool to room temp, then add some sort of starch and an egg, then let them firm up overnight like you were planning and fry them. Works so well! I loooooove your videos and this series btw!!
Just a note, the problem isn't sealing foods with liquid, it's sealing food with HOT liquids. Room temp (or even slightly warm) and below should be fine :)
No better way to make noodles than purposefully not following the instructions on the package. So much room to creativity! Also you are dedicated... You *hustle*. No matter what you choose in life, you will be successful. Props.
Your voice is so calm and soothing. I love hearing you talk. If the visuals weren't as satisfying I wouldn't mind just closing my eyes while I listen you talk. I remember you telling once how you were conscious about it for a long time....but I can assure you...there's absolutely NO such reason to be!!!! Love your videos as well♥️
'sup, Mexican here, so only if you want a clarification, "esquite" is this broth, seasoned with some herbs where you cook the grains of corn, it is popular mostly in Mexico City and surroundings, the broth is part of the serving (since it is seasoned, sometimes bones are added for flavouring among others). In other parts of the country like where I am from, the corn is cooked in water but only the grains are part of the serving, without a liquid + toppings; you call that "elote en vaso" (corn in a cup) or "vasolote" (vaso + elote), the latter is the given name in the city where I was born.
FINALLY someone who eats the shrimp tails! They add so much crunch and flavor to the shrimp, and I'm not sure why people hate it so much. It's like a shrimp chip.
It’s hard, fibrous and really not enjoyable to crunch on. It’s nothing like a chip. Sorry, you do you, but I find none of your justification to be true
@@people.ruin.everything he literally said “”you do you”” he respects your opinion even when he doesnt agree with it. No one ever told you to not eat it

Hii Lisaa! I found 2 names for ramen dust! The first one is Ramen-ko and the second one is Men-ko (men means noodle). I most like the first one but I leave you the right to choose!
i've had ramen for a week straight but keeping this up must've been so boring! luckily there are a variety of different ways to eat your ramen so the possibilities are endless! i love how versatile ramen is, like who would've thought that whipped cream with ramen or ramen with patty and cheese would be really good?
I'm really concern about you when I found out you're going to do this but I honestly enjoyed all the days! You're so creative and amazed that you could eat noodles everyday.
Lisas a true foodie. She doesnt like to cook as steps provided but likes to do it her own way and new ingredients and try new things and try new foods. Thats what makes a true foodie. And thats what gets u michelin stars in restaurants
I love this I just love ramen and try always to make them more interesting for my school lunches. Your challenges give me so much information for that.
This was soooooo good!!! Ohhh my god. I thought this was going to be another "i taste 30 types of ramen in 30 days". But I'm glad to have been proven wrong!!
Just a type : When you want to do the ramen burger dont smash before you put it in the pan you need to put the patty in the pan as a ball and then wait a little then smash it
I Love how she knows that some people don’t like her cooking and that she might get hate for it.but honestly that’s the main reason why I have been subbed for her for a good time like 1 year. But I also have a question when u make something for example when ur doing ur 30 day ramen challenge do u feed ur kids what u make like ur ramen or chimchi
I found this video 1 year ago when I was at my dads and I watched it and I loved your voice so much it made me fall asleep so whenever I can’t fall asleep (like now it’s 3:15am) I put this video on and it makes me fall asleep I’ve watched this video around 5 times
Day 241 of asking Can you instead of just eating the level 7 spicy noodles right away do it step-by-step? so by the time you get to 7 you’ll be ready!!😁
I've made egg rolls and sprayed with butter spray and cook in the oven instead of frying in a pan. I don't know if this would work for spring rolls or not but it might be worth a try.
I'm so happy to see you using a local Trini brand "Matouk's" . Look at some dishes from Trinidad and Tobago please. Maybe do a country inspo series.. but start with us
I thought the thirty days of ramen challenge was ONLY ramen with nothing else with it like steak, and the other things she used? But I like her idea to make it easier and less boring !
So about the ccc noodle pie When making crust, use the noodle powder as flour and using a food processor or a mixer add roughly half a cup or more of COLD butter, or basically just use any pie crust recipe and then just use noodle powder as flour yes I said it twice
For the noodle bun to be stable you could have just broken an egg into the noodles before putting it into the mold. Egg acts like a binding. Plus you could also try a ramen cake filled with chicken and sautayed vegetable inside. Also while using ramen as a crunchy covering remember to do three coatings at least this helps the crunchiness and flavour to shine. I love your videos keep on making more.
Hi, Lisa, you are a creative genius and your palate does not seem to know fear. Kudos to you. Small comment in the steak spring rolls - it looks like there's a fair bit of moisture in several of the ingredients you're using in your rolls. Rice paper is pretty delicate, and when liquid heats it makes steam, which can be used to power engines. So I'm not surprised by some blowouts. I didn't read all 2500+ comments before mine so no doubt there are a number of corrective suggestions here - I saw one about maybe using egg roll wraps instead, which makes sense because they're more sturdy. You could work on controlling the moisture content of the ingredients in different ways - and I don't know if you have an air fryer, but my sister is all gangster about hers. I'd be willing to spritz a spring roll full of whatever with just a touch of oil for flavor and then giving it an air fry to see what happened if I was working this process. But I'm betting the moisture heating into steam is responsible for your wraps blowing out.
I have a reccommendation for the people in the comments who come across this if you love egg yolk then I suggest you pour all the egg yolk from the egg white onto foods like sausages bacon potatos and I also think yall should mix those together if your having that specific dinner (yes I eat it for dinner don't judge me) but you can eat it at your own time
for the burger bun u should use egg so my mum used to make noodle pizza and when she would make the noodle then add raw egg mix and then put it on the pan and it would not tear apart love ur ramen challenge videos
