Whyyyy did they not make the Joycons blue to look like Mario's overalls when playing handheld. The Joycon grip should be red for the same reason. And yellow joysticks for the buttons. Such a missed opportunity!

I think all of the colors looked kind of ugly; the red was too orangey, the blue was too teal-y, and the yellow was just too much. I feel like a Luigi one could pack a punch, the green and blue would look great as long as they didn't screw up the colors like they did on this
In my opinion the Switch still to this day hasn't gotten a single decent limited edition. One that makes me go... "Wow that's fucking amazing" The Nintendo DS Line had some pretty sick ones why are they so lazy with this model? : (

I often go for digital because I get so worried that my physical games will either break or I'll lose them but then I usually miss out on any promo items with physical copies (I should start researching that kind of thing beforehand 😂). the red border was a bad idea, it’s inevitable your joycons will start drifting, and if you get new ones, the red border combined with different coloured joycons is ugly

I am loving mine, this is the best looking limited edition Nintendo Switch they made, mainly cause its pretty much the original but in red, no fancy design and no out of place art. On top of all that, red is my favorite color so this was an amazing buy!
Yeah, I agree! I have an Xbox One but when I saw this I just had to pick it up. It's also pretty cool that it comes with all the little extras, those things aren't that cheap if I can be honest! But I'm just going to collect this bad boy, it's a very nice console!

Just bought a switch and totally forgot about getting a screen protector but thank goodness it comes with a screen protector lol. Now I don’t have to overpay at gamestop.
I like this special edition because it doesn’t scream a franchise, like if you just have the console alone by itself ,you wouldn’t really think Mario unless you know it’s Mario some people may even think it’s just a skin. So I really like this one

You can’t buy it unless somebody is selling it separately. But it’s the same case as the animal crossing case and just a regular basic black one

I want a Dark Navy Blue/Indigo Switch. They've done Neon Blue and regular Blue, but the neons look tacky and the blue only has the left joycon.
There are right-hand side non neon blue Joycpns released in Japan with older model units, good luck finding any for sale but they do exist out there
