Thank you Thank you Thank you for making me laugh thru the pain! Googled Pallor definition… “an unhealthy pale appearance. "the deathlike pallor of his face" And I laughed again! Bcuz in my head I heard ur humor! “You look pallored” Bahahaha So funny! thank you! 😂
The static shock stuff is sooooo annoying! I found out that the carts at the grocery store are responsible for transferring that static electricity, so then you take your hand off the cart and touch the shelf and ZAP! So, I stopped using shopping carts for the most part. I wish I could remember the gal I met who had POTS. It was more than 10 years ago, but we kind of wander in the same circles, so I might run into her again. I'd love to tell her about CIRS. You want to hear the most horrific stories about EDS? There have been people who have actually had their feet amputated to try and stop the pain! And to think maybe they had CIRS!
POTS is annoying. Personally I only seem to get headaches from moldy or unhealthy food. A chemical scent can trigger an instant headache for me but it often also goes away immediately. Recently I found out that certain chemicals trigger a feeling similar to what I feel from EMF.
I'm the odd one here, because before I started taking the binders (or before covid) I very, very rarely got headaches, and when I did, it was almost always from dehydration.
Mine was because of low progesterone. Once my hormones got on board I didn't get them anymore thankfully.
How did you start to fix your hormones?
Thank goodness!!
"People who are famous..." yeah, I know who you mean. ;)
Teehee 😂

It’s something I would never say to someone’s face 😂

Oh wow! It sounds like you have identified a lot of your triggers!
