Tengo una impresora Hp Laserjer Mangement E82560, que me presenta el error 63.00.3A, al primer cambio de toner presentó este error, agite el toner porque pensé que estaba compactado, en la mía no tengo la manguera que usted retira, ¿Como puedo solucionar esto? Espero me pueda ayudar
hola ese tambien me paso pero lo solucione intercambiando la reveladora con una impresora igual, pero para ser sincero al siguiente cambio de toner me volvio a salir. Por lo que opte por cambiar por una reveladora nueva y es la hora y no me ah vuelto a salir ya han pasado 9 meses desde entonces
osea en si casi es lo mismo sino que en este modelo no se es recomendable sacar la mangera ya que es demasiado fragil pero si puedes con los dedos tocar haber si sientes que estan tapadas, si vez que estan bien pudes intentar desinstalando e instalando reveladora por reveladora e ir probando y ya como ultima opcion te toca probar cambiando reveladora por reveladora aunque deberia estar el daño en la reveladora cian pero no es seguro la verdad.
