Great job do you have the measurements on the aluminum frame. Very well built. And where did you find the exact match on carpet. I built one using 3/4 plywood and it weighs 50 lbs without carpet aluminum would be lighter. Great job
I ordered off of boatcarpetbuys.com I ordered the minimum amount you could order and that did both and I still have enough to probably do them both again if I had to atleast the top part of the deck extension.
@@BredForBass dang it. I wish you responded 6 minutes ago. I just ordered 12 foot. Guess I'll have plenty of leftovers for another project. Thanks again man !!! You have helped out a lot of people
Great job. I'm getting to work on mine soon. How did you remove that small bow hatch door? I don't see or feel any screws/bolts etc.? Did you end up removing that entire 1.5 inch hinge that was under the carpet? Thanks. mdg
Hey Jeff sorry for late reply I just seen this question. The place I ordered the carpet from requires you to buy 60 sq ft at minimum but I have at least 18 sq ft left over.so you would probably need around 40-45 sq ft

Your very welcome! Thanks for the support i appreciate that buddy!
how did you mount the hindges on the deck doors
Great job do you have the measurements on the aluminum frame. Very well built. And where did you find the exact match on carpet. I built one using 3/4 plywood and it weighs 50 lbs without carpet aluminum would be lighter. Great job
Thanks! No I don’t have the measurements on the frame sorry bud.The aluminum is very light and rigid and won’t rot out.
how much carpet would you suggest purchasing to do the deck extension and console between the seats ?
I ordered off of boatcarpetbuys.com I ordered the minimum amount you could order and that did both and I still have enough to probably do them both again if I had to atleast the top part of the deck extension.

I left the latch part and their are a couple screws mounted to the part that attaches to the floor they are just hard to find but they are their!
Did you film any of the frame assembly, like cutting the aluminum and drilling and riveting?
No I didn’t unfortunately I decided to do the videos after I already had the frame built I wish I would of done the whole process though.
Hey Matt how much carpet did it take
