There is always some idiots pressing the Dislike button ?, I fail to understand why?, However these people rarely write a comment . I am sure that James and the Cadence team could use any constructive comments Good or Bad , but personally I find that these videos are fantastically informative , entertaining , well narrated and beautifully filmed . Thumbs up from me .
Cheers Colin. Yes we've accepted there's a tiny minority of individuals who press the dislike button probably out of mischief. The overwhelming positive response makes them pale into insignificance.
@@cadencefishinguk Over 95% positive Vote rate is excellent, nobody gets 100%.many down votes are from people who don't fish at all and got that into their timeline by coincidence.
These Cadence videos are head and shoulders above any other angling topic video on You tube. James is a real natural in front of the camera with excellent tips and advice but the real star of the show for me has four legs!
Excellent video as usual James. Cadence have set a very high bar regarding these videos. Chappy's camera work is outstanding and together with excellent narratives from you James make these video's a great pleasure to watch
Seemed a tough day indeed, low, clear, cold water and sunny....still enjoyed watching it though. Just goes to show, even top anglers get challenging days like this....that's fishing for you
The vidio shows exactly that. I'm very pleased with the finish film as it goes to show How hard it fished, I know the river well and struggled. I'm pleased that most people came away and gave feedback Many thanks for watching.
They all have different actions my style of fishing suits the#1 Range amazing what pressure you can apply on bonus fish. @@cadencefishinguk was a great day ,James showed he's a class act on a rock hard day. Everything he does is seamless and natural. He's probably forgot more than I've ever learnt.
Not fished the dove for year,s meat used to catch the barbel .or float fished halibut hookers for the big chub, bring back memories 😄 and a nice early morning coffee. used to be coffee factory near there if I remember correctly
The Dove has changed massive over the last few years, The big barbel aren't there in numbers any more due to a number of reasons. The river lends itself now to a roaming angler to get the best out of it. That said my season has been very fruitful mainly big chub grayling and occasionally a barbel. The day we filmed was probably my worse day on there. Goes to show that James knows his stuff. Great day out
@@neillawrence9002 used to fish around the old bridge footings. First chub I ever cought. I used to enjoy the week before 16th walk around. With big brother. seeing barbel spawning in weir at Marsden. Need to return with my cadance 14ft and 13 no 3s
@@chrislilley3115 yes they are great pegs round by the pillars. Its a fantastic sight watching the barbel flicking over the gravel. I've only seen it once the first year of joining when I walked the length of the Dove. It was on Horseshoe meadow in the shallows. Sadly I've returned yearly but fewer fish are present. Nice rod for targeting the big chub and barbel.
during 2019 the river flooded and i wanted to fish it and couldnt..... 2020 i came back floods again so 2021 malloween or chrismast i will try again ... any tips ???
It disappoints me a bit that we as mutual members can’t take our dogs, we used to but then people just started letting them run amok I didn’t think anyone was allowed to now
With all due respect John, you are the only one to complain. I think most anglers who have been brought up with the metric measuring system are fully conversant. Cheers Chappy👍
Hi John, the Vespe line does not show the BS on the spool so I have idea what they are. Using the actual diameter is a far more accurate way to select lines. Also the mainline BS is vastly underrated anyway, so its not a good reference in my opinion. Diameter is what it is! Cheers James
