One of these days I will send you a package of Dutch poffertjes mix that you can easily make on your takoyaki plate.....but please keep in mind to only fill the holes with half of the mixture.
Thank you for this mouth watering video!

All of them look delicious! My favorite would be chocolate 😀. My fur children love apples too, especially the peel.

custard would be great. Or mix some matcha in the batter and fill with shiro an. And for Shinichhi fill with rum raisin. In autumn why not fill it with chestnut paste?

By the way, since most electric takoyaki making units are made for Japan, they are usually designed for 100V operation, which can easily run hotter than intended on US 110-120V w/o a converter (if no switch on unit). This can be OK as-is, but can easily burn what you're making if you're not attentive enough.

Figs and cherries might taste nice in a castellan cake. Do you think Kit Kat would be good?

Loved this - such fun to watch you both clearly having fun too. And Justin - so adorable! I never knew that dogs ate apples. Such a healthy treat and his little face was such a picture of happiness when you gave it to him.
What were the Japanese words you said to him Satoshi, when he gave you one paw and then the other? (Seems like he knows his left from his right - genius doggy! 🐯)

You're such an awesome cook, Satoshi-san! :) I'd try this, but looks too complicated. I am lazy cook.
Can you guys make a soy based anko ice cream popsicle?
I'm going to try your egg salad sandwich recipe soon, Shinichi!
