it would be more effective if the end of your jet tapered down a bit. This will make for a higher exit velocity, and that faster moving air will suck more surrounding air into its stream, making for more air moving overall (an air multiplier effect), also called "entrainment" in fluid dynamics.
Also have to consider that tapering it down also creates restriction which reduces the exit velocity. My experience with these is that a straight pipe from tank to outlet gives the greatest benefit. Ideally you'd have a tank, straight section of pipe with no nozzle, and point it direct at your target but might not be the most practical! Tapering it down will give you a longer bleed time but you won't have as much force behind it.
Your idea seems solid on the air blaster you made good thing to have in the baler for sure. Smart to keep some or all the design hidden until you get a patent. Enjoy the day on your side of the pond. :)

If the amount of air flowing from the tractor to the tank is limited, this will prevent the tractors' compressor from being overloaded. Such a system would be simple to use because you don't have to operate it at all. It does everything on its own, depending on the amount of air available, determined by the tank pressure, and the accumulation of dust.
Before you change anything on the bale blaster try it with the doors closed as that would restrict the air flow from going out the side. That’s one bloody good winch Tom

Does a great I guess you'll blast the straw out at regular intervals so it doesn't build up to much,it reminds me of the exhaust filter cleaners in cement silos
I think it works really well it moved a lot of straw for one blast and I’m guessing when used at harvest it will be goin off regularly throughout the day which shud shift everything! I wudnt alter any pipe ends as yet until fully piped up and go from there see wat kind of pressure u have then

It's not farmers who are going to pay you for it (well directly anyway..) it will be the manufacturers of the farm machinery so hat they can include within their designs as OEM or bolt on. Don't lose out just because you want to help farmers. You will still help them!

Tesla didnt bother with patents. They made everything open source. Elon said it just holds back development. It's hardly worth it from what I know. People from certain other countries will just copy it anyway. If you want to produce it commercially that's the difficult part.

That is a lot of power from that compressa looks like it will save time and so u dont get heaps of dusty stuf all over u i hate it when the bailer cord unders and i have to scrabble under neef and tie it all back up and i spend the rest of the day inching from the sraw
i dont think much adjustment is needed, that was a lot of straw to shift in one go. if its firing at regular intervals i would imagine it would keep it clear and not let it build up to that level of debris. also muddy face? par for the course with farmers isnt it?
During normal operation of the baler I doubt it would take more than 5 minutes to refill the tank. Call it 10 minutes to be safe. Assuming you ran 3 separate blasting circuits, that means each section of the machine would be getting blasted clean every 30 minutes, which is a hell of a lot more often that they're getting now.
