    I love how you remind us of your great past videos. I made soooo many pairs of these, so cute. The best part of gifting a pair of barefoot sandals is the look on someone's face when they think it's a tiny bikini top

    Jayda I love, love these. I don't walk barefoot but my grands & nieces do all of the time. I know they they will be rocking these all summer cause they love fashion & when Ma makes them something its all that much better. LOL. All kidding aside though I have seen others but the way they explain it I m lost & I have been crocheting over 50 yrs. Every time I find something from you I am always happy. Love ya.

    I made these a few years ago and I love them. I go back to your vid every summer to make a new pair to match my swim suit.
    Here is the thing Mrs. Stitches , I would really love to see a few more different patterns of these from you. Your one of my favs.
    The way I crochet is watching someone crochet a pattern a few times then I crochet the pattern along with the person , then after that I can do it on my own. Once & a while I will have to check my work with in the vid , but not often. So that being said I have the hardest time with “BFS”. Your the one person who I can fallow in a vid and only need to check my work once or twice if ever at that !
    Sooooo plz plz plz some more “BFS” B4 summer is over !

    Such a pretty little flower at the center of these barefoot sandals. I love the dainty chain-five "outlines". I'm thinking of using one of these little cuties as a decoration for a hat. Also think this would easily adapt to a decoration for my daughter's flip-flops. Love the way they look on your bare feet, too. Thanks for another hugely cool crochet video!

      Hi Susan, we have a new video every Friday! Be sure that you're looking at your Subscription Feed and not your Home Feed when you sign into RUclips. RUclips auto dumps you into your Home Feed where they give you the odd video (mostly old, some new) from people you're subscribed to, but mostly videos from people you're NOT subscribed to in an effort to get you to see new things. You'll find all the new videos from everyone you're actually subscribed to by clicking on your Subscription Feed. If you've got notifications turned on, you can click on that little Notification Icon at the top of your screen and it will also show you all the new things for the channels you have notifications turned on for 😊

    • @JaydaInStitches
      @JaydaInStitches  6 лет назад +1

      Hi there :) This is definitely a thread project, so the size 4 yarn is too big, I'm afraid! If you're curious to see how large they work up, however, you could try the first few rows of this pattern and use a 3.75 mm or a 4.0 mm hook and see what you think :)

    Great video. I am having trouble with the size of the cotton. I thought #3 and #10 are very thin thread. I am not sure where to get the right size cotton. Can you recommend a brand (I am in Canada)? Thanks.

    • @JaydaInStitches
      @JaydaInStitches  7 лет назад +2

      Hi Sue! Crochet thread sizing, as you know, is the reverse of yarn sizing (why they did that is beyond me!!) a size 10 crochet thread is thin stuff, but the size 3 is roughly the same as a size 1 regular yarn. I'm in Canada too, and usually I can find Aunt Lydia's Crochet Thread at Michael's or even Walmart and they usually have size 3 in a few different colours. If you can't find that, then sock weight yarn (which is generally a size 1) in cotton (since it's for socks) is a good find too. Michael's carries Patons which makes nice sock yarn in cotton. I hope that helps!
