DIY Disc Sander Attachment From Treadmill Motor | Part 1

Making a Disc Sander as the first power tool in my modular workshop project; this will be the first of many attachments to follow.
I found this treadmill motor with the control board fried a few months ago and was trying to decide what to make with it; I need a belt sander, a drill press, a lathe, a disc sander and so many more tools.
Problem is I have a very limited space, 2x3 meters and definitely can't afford all these machines at the moment.
So instead I decided to make a modular system and use ONE motor for various attachments! I hope to make them all as compact and easy to use as possible.
