your camera work is OK, but:
1. you do need to find a way to sync your camera with a boat’s lighting, to avoid that pesky banding effect.
2. use a lens that works in low light
3. the little I’ve seen of your gear seems to indicate your camera is mounted on a gimble? yet there’s a fair bit of shakiness going on.
still, congrats on the opportunity to shoot around one of those legendary boats.
