The other thing it is"natural park" meaning the reporter she forgot its not the mean idea to gereat income from park.
Natural park is to preserve the natural resource with out harming i mean with wise use. Its preserving the ecosystem of natural resource; rear animal and plant, insect, reptile, etc its all co-realated to preserve the natural resource.
