For those who are interested: 1 AU or 1 Astronomical Unit is just the distance between Earth and the Sun.

2:48 1 astronomical unit isn't 1.5 light-years. It's the distance between the earth and Sun, which is about 150 000 000 km, or 8 light minutes.

The largest star known is actually Stephenson 2-18. It is a rare red hyper giant and will probably hypernova soon. It’s so large that if we put the sun beside it, the sun would look smaller than a grain of sand. However, in the early universe, there could have been a theoretical star called a quasi star. They were several times larger than Stephenson 2-18. They were so massive that their cores would collapse during birth and become a large black hole. The black hole would then slowly eat up the star until it was gone. However, their existence has not yet been confirmed.

4:57 Our sun will never go supernova because the chandrasekhar limit (limit beetwen black hole or a neutron star ---》a supernova and a white dwarf and ---》 a red giant). So this is not our sun going supernova but becoming a red giant (it's going to happen in roughly 5 billion years)
