2:11 shows how to convert XYZ into XY for graphing as Excel can only graph XY values. This is complicated and time consuming but is a free alternative. If you have four separate series and you want to graph them together you might be able to layer them over top one another with a transparent graph, or create one graph with multiple series using the method outlined at 2:11.
Idk why, but in-program shows by 3D mesh correctly, but when i export it to excel it becomes a jaggered mess full of weird holes :/ Does XYZ Mesh require any specific Excel version?
XYZ Mesh uses our own algorithm to calculate distances between known points, triangulate them, and fill in the empty points while checking with other existing points. Every time a new point is made, the calculation restarts to give the best possible curve.

This would be done in Excel. Excel uses the X and Y values as label. They might look like numbers, but they can be changed to anything you like. Change the X and Y values once the graph is plotted and you can change the labels on the graph. The size, fonts and distance can be changed in the Axis Formatting of the graph.
Hi Kyle, I like the product and have used it before. Can the software calculate a volume between one CSV file and another. So for example if I have a natural ground surface data (CSV 1), then apply an engineered fill (CSV 2). Can the two be deducted to give me a volume?

How was the data generated, and from whom was it downloaded..?
That data was gathered from google earth (believe). I gathered Lat Long and Alt for a plot of land around where my business is located.

Why does your XYZ Mesh program only allow a paste of data into the X column?
No matter how I try to copy/paste the Y and Z data, it will not register.
Data needs to be pasted in at once, as in X Y and Z columns together.

Now, make Excel plot something like cost, age and hours used on one plot.
Just put them in X Y Z format. It will plot the same way.
