I consider myself a reasonably experienced boot nerd at the moment...but at one time I was a beginner. Channels like yours, Rose Anvil, and others that do explain terms to those less experienced is where I got the majority of my boot education. Please continue to aim videos at the less experienced. 😇
The addition of those fit shots are amazing, it's one thing to say what pairs well with the boots, but being able to actually see the them on the body is much appreciated.
While style of dress is greatly different in my spot in the world and line of work, I appreciate your modeling of the boots with various outfits. Gives a man a few ideas for himself. That said, killer boots! Can't wait to see the patina in the longer term video
Being in the U.S. the only real thing preventing me from going with a pair of these is the possible issues with sizing and cost (esp. when I can get a custom pair for Nick's for a bit more, granted with the 6-8 month lead time). Still really liking that Craftsman style!
Hi Teik, I’d be interested to hear your views on some of the other Aussie chelseas from the likes of Harold, Baxter and Ringers Western, and how they compare with RMs.
Hi Teik I’m a stationary engineer. I’m looking for a pair of Chelsea’s. My job is light duty with not much heavy duty work. Looked at the Red Backs but I prefer a resolable Chelsea. In your opinion is the Goodwood model good for a stationary engineer light duty work boot? Thanks!
Hello Teik, which boots you recommend for casual wear, these or the Gardener? I am leaning toward the Gardener based on your video reviews. I already have a pair of the Comfort Craftsman for the office. Thank you.
Thanks. Wish RMW still made these, best work boots by far for my line of work. Far outlasting others-Redback, Rossi, BS. Any recommendations for a reasonable replacement? Just subscribed, enjoy your thoughtful, honest and thorough take on boots.
@@Bootlosophy I was actually on the fence about these because of the price. I ended up pulling the trigger on the GS Edward in tobacco waxy commander thanks to your coverage of them! I would still be interested in the Goodwoods perhaps in the future. In terms of sizing, should I go with the same size I do in my Comfort Craftsman? You mentioned the Goodwood last is a bit more roomy. I could probably get away with a G width here instead of H as well... keen to hear your thoughts!! Thanks for the review! 🙏
Blundstone are better value all around and more fun and easier to wear for all purposes . RM Williams are SO overrated and shows people are dumb enough to fork out cash and overpay for a simple chelsea boot. For smarter chelsea - a brand like Loake is far better than RM

You are a cool stylish dude. Loved the modelling, lol. Exactly the general fashion style I go for.

Great video and well detailed reviewed I’ll be placing an order shortly👌
Love the boots! If you can and have the ability I'd love for you to review a pair of the RMW arnhems! They are my go to boot everyday and I love them

Amazing video as usual. If im a 9G in a comfort craftman, shoukd I get the same size here?
@@MrFrescocotone yes, it works for me
Thats a really nice colour of leather.
Would you be able to review the Armadale? I can't find much detail online regarding the difference to the craftsman with the rubber sole.
Sure, as soon as I save $700 😂😂😂

I’ve already reviewed the Harold Gardener and the Baxter Gringo. And the Ringers Western ranch boot
Hello, Is the last like the gardener?
Wider, rounder toe box
great video!
Hi, I already owned a pair of gardener. Woud you recommend going for the Goodwood or comfort turnout next?
@@2809kean Goodwood!

@@MarcP5267 yeah I think it would be perfect!
@@Bootlosophy yea I just check and adjust gauges and install new pumps when needed. Nothing heavy duty.
I’m a solid US 8.5D. I’m deciding which size to get. Shame there isn’t a retailer near Philadelphia PA USA.

I think either!
Which is more scuff resistant, the Gardner or this one? Thanks!
How do these compare to the older Stockyard model?
Slimmer last and the old Stockyard were not Goodyear Welted. Their construction were similar to Blundstones

Are these boots rebuildable?
He answers this in the video sir; yes it is :)
Looks tough! Do you think these would these get lighter or darker with wear?
From my experience of RMs similar leather, they hardly change

I want a pair very badly but they don't make these in wide H fitting , which i need 🤬
Goodwood vs turnout?
@@minnesota-hk1vp slight preference to the Turnout
@Bootlosophy Thank You....but I meant or was suggesting a vs video or maybe of all 4 models lol
I really like these. Like a work boot.
