Captain Qwark from the OG trilogy was GOLD. The whole Quad of R&C 1,2,3 and Deadlocked/Gladiator were FRENCH KISS. Sometimes i wish i never contineued..... suffice to say I played everything and completed them multiple times..... I cant help like most OG fans help but miss the edginess of the first 4 games, the satire humor and the jokes of consumerism..... Now i feel Ratchet is pretty bland and abit of a trauma dumper with his dad and his race of people.... Although i appreciate the story telling from Tools onwards I think they slowly sacrificed and got further away from Ratchet from game 1. They try portray him as heroic now but actually Ratchet 1 had more balls... he never jeopardised who he was wven if that interpretation of Him was as some say "a jerk" atleast we had what felt like a unique character.... now he is just a squeaky clean teddy bear that looks like a plushie.... I prefer Ratchets OG model i dunno how to explain it He just looked more masculine if you contrast Ratchet of today with Sasha of Ratchet 3 that is where i will leave my comparison lol

Interesting fact: The developers didn’t like how juvenile the humor of the PS2 era is.
That's a shame because it's actually funny compared to the modern attempts at humour
The also had a hard rule about never giving ratchet or clank a love interest. Which is why they never reused Sasha, Angela or the elf again lol
