► For the last two years, the Infected Blood Inquiry has looked into the use of contaminated blood products to treat people in the70s and 80s.
Thousands died after they were subsequently infected with HIV and hepatitis and today the inquiry heard evidence from Lord Clarke, who was health minister at the time.

This blood contaminaion offence represens one of the worst crimes against humanity and Ken Clarke acts dumb under oath. Its phenominal how unconscientised these Englishmen are, in fact it appears that Englishmen of this class suffer from psychopathic personality disorder. Zero conscience and zero empathy. That's of course, in addition, to their Narcissistic personalty disorder. These personality disorders do not negative criminal liabiliy but if proven on a balance of probability, may serve as mitigating factors to reduce a probable prison sentence. It is not feasible that Ken Clake as the Conservative Health Secretary would have no knowledge of the purchase of the blood products from the Americans by the British government (Margaret Thatcher PM had knowledge of the contaminated blood products) so if the offer of 100,000GBP is refused by the victims in compensation then there may well be a criminal trial where Ken Clarke and John Major and the American goverment representatives are be joined and all charged with gross negligence manslaughter Most co-perpertator governments would offer substantial sums of money in compensation to the victims if faced with criminal liability and consequent imprisonment. One wonders why the British government did not sue the American government for damages in respect of the contaminated blood products in the first place, on behalf of their British citizens since the British government owed a duty of care to their British citizens but iinstead the British government forced a no fault settlement on the victims of 23,000GBP whilst full knowing that the victims were unbearably financially vulnerable as a result of the British government's infusion of the contaminated blood products upon the British citizens..
