I am in curly journey started in lockdown I am really struggling with tangled hair after a few days. How do you protect it from getting knotty? I’ve tried de tangle spray does nothing. Are there styles I should be doing to stop it? I usually do buns after day 3 but I think that is making it bad. Please help! Xx
It's a month I transitioned to my natural curly hair and watched almost all of your videos. Surprisingly my hair recovered really fast ( I didn't straightened them everyday of course ) and now I'm so happy I can't explain! I'm from Italy, so John Frieda and Aveda products are the only ones available here but I love the John Frieda line so much! The conditioner is bomb! They're really good products. Now I'm trying also other brands available here, but I think John Frieda's products are going to be a must in my routine :) thank you Jamieee
Ludusse noo da quando john frieda si trova anche in italia, io sono impazzita nei primi mesi cercando i prodotti giusti ahaha😱 ps.in che negozi l’hai trovato tu?
I bought the John Frieda dream curls mousse yesterday because of your recommendation in multiple vids! Hopefully it works on my hair! EDIT: the mousse acc worked in my hair. My hair is thick and mousse doesnt rlly hold it well but it acc worked! Idk if it was also the curl cream I was using cuz it adds hold too but my hair turned out defined and voluminous!
I just cut 15-17 inches off my hair a day ago & I'm going to binge watch a bunch of your videos, I need to learn how to diffuse correctly because with long hair I still didn't get it properly. I'm assuming now that it is way shorter I have a better chance of getting it right as I transition & take better care of my curls. Your hair is sooo beautiful! Thanks for the lovely videos & all your tips :)
Jaylene Rodriguez thanks so much trust me I wanted to cry but I haven’t had a hair cut in a good 10 years and put my hair through so much damage. I had the worst split ends & dryness. 💜
Love the way your curls came out. Nice volume. Only only started using these products since end of June. It’s another brand added to my list after two years of trial and error.
I am so thanksful to you for this video, I was about to give up my curly hair, because of the frizz and dry hair, after all the money spent in high quality products that are not working for me, I bought the gel you mention in this video and used just 1,my curls are beautiful, defined, and dry frizz curls are gone, still looking for the John Frieda cream, very hard to find it here in the US.but thank you thank you sooooooo much.Love🤗😁🥰
I just tried John Frieda products my hair is 3b/3c kinda thick with high prosperity, the shampoo and conditioner dried my hair, plus the other products ( gel, leave in conditioner -spray-, and secret weapon cream) made uncontrollable frizz and didn't hold it at all although I used the denman brush and literally coiled each section while wetting it. Worth mentioning they are not CG friendly so that was expected I personally don't recommend it to anyone 🤷
Same! I have 2b/2c hair and I found that the shampoo and curl defining creme made my hair really dry and stringy and stripped my scalp completely of natural oils! I guess it works for some people but not for others.
My curls used to look exactly like yours! I am currently transitioning back from straightening and bleaching my hair but I feel like my journey is taking waayyyy too loooong. Love from the netherlands
Could you show us your hair before you started using John Frieda and how long have you been using these. products and also if I use a shampoo and conditioner and a defining curling cream from John Frieda is it still gonna give me curly hair?
My favorite products!!!! The only thing, I don’t use the shampoo & conditioner. I use Function of Beauty & leave the conditioner in, then use the JF styling products u mentioned.... love love love! Ur hairs so beautiful, like always, & of course ur gorgeous all together.... love your videos 🤗. God Bless u 🥰. Violet
I got John Freida after ur reccommmendation and didn’t do much nd was dry etc I realised its got sulfates and silicones in their products, u can probably get away with it coz ur hair is in good condition but I wouldn’t recommend if ur hair is not in good condition and need to repair hair back to life, when I cut out sulfates nd silicones my hair gets better just saying.
I got severe problems with my scalp when I cut out the sulfates, I had to go to the doc and I was around 4 months on treatment. I came back to normal 5 months ago, I use sulfates without any problem, my scalp is healthy and 0 dandruff. The only recommendation I would give it's do what's best for you, we all have different hair.
@@sarasam9480 I think it really depends on each persons hair. Like for me, shea moisture and cantu did not work at all! But when I used John Frieda I saw an ultimate difference, so it really depends on each persons hair and testing out products ourselves.💜
I have fine curly hair, I love love your curls, I may need to cut some layers to make it look fuller. I follow your method, brush out, I do find I need to twirl to let it dry . Perhaps since I’m going through my grey journey my texture is changing???? I use all kinds of good products, I’ll try this on next. I let my hair dry for a few hours then just diffuse the top. I shaky shaky too, I separate the curls too, I just don’t get the defection or volume how I would like. 😩
Hi! I can’t find the ,,secret weapon cream” anywhere in my country. Is it the same as ,,secret agent créme” but in new formula or sth? The ingredients list is literally the same, except the 3 last components
hi jayme!! absolutely loved the video :) i was wondering if you had the time and wanted to film this could you do a tutorial on how you diffused your hair the way it was before you shook your hair out and added volume? thanks lovely!! 💗
I know you don’t follow the CG method anymore and I don’t either but I try to use as much natural products as I can and but I don’t know if the ingredients in the shampoo and conditioner are any good? 😫
Roxanne Mitchell No problem!! You can always take collagen powder as well, along with vitamin C tablets if you’re low in that. Collagen will help to make the hair fuller. Essentially, that’s what she’s taking, so you will be able to buy collagen and vitamin C tablets anywhere tbh. Just please consult your doctor first before using ☺️
I don not have thick hair like you. but the worst thing of my hair is that my curls are stringy, and I hate this look. I tried so many ways to style my hair , with various products but I could not find the solution. I would deeply appreciate it if you help me to solve this issue
Ive only just started my curly journey, as a busy mum Ive mistreated my hair so badly and then just thrown it into a bun most days. Once styled, how do u keep it looking nice n fresh without having to repeat all of these steps everyday? Also, I saw you used the John Frieda mouse in another video, would you recommend adding it into this routine or theres no need?
Hi can you help me please? I have curly hair and i like them wearing to school but i always have to wake up at 5 o clock to wash them cuz if i would was them at night at morning they would be “flat” if you know what i mean. Is there something i can do? (sorry for my english not my firs launguage)
I've heard the mousse has changed fumula and is not as good. Anyone found this ? I used to love it and wanted to try again but some of the reviews are making me hesitate.
Please do a video of you using no products vs using products... for the no products dont use leave ins, oils or stylers only use a shampoo and conditioner and then the one with the products just do your normal routine
Little disclaimer this was shot before I re cut my hair! This routine will work well on any length x

I have a question. When you diffuse, how do you get ride of the gel cast over your hair? It bothers me because it just looks weird
where’s the video for how you diffuse your hair?
@@Bert_World_247 girl samee. But I've heard that it knots fast because it's damaged so ig the only way is to get healthy hair lol.
@@user-ji7hr8yz6g After diffusing or air drying you should scrunch out your hair because the gel cast doesn't go away otherwise
