      Ah, very smart! And it was exactly this kind of thought process that made me make this video. In many restorations I've replaced handles or blades, so I've thought it would be a nice joke to replace an object completely, part by part, as I restore it. Now I know the name for it. Cheers!

      The metal in a carbide tipped sawblade is VEEEERY low quality. The blade will never hold up.

    This knive looks cool but won't work to actually cut something. There is no stopper for the blade so you can't put any pressure.

    There was absolutely NOTHING restored in this video. All he did, which was really nice, is simply make a new knife based on the looks of the previous ruined knife. Great work, dude, but this is NO restoration at all.

      It's called "non woven wheel" or "non woven nylon wheel". It's just like the back of the dish sponge.

    I'm not happy with this, this isn't a restoration. you MADE a knife rather then restoring the knife just like how you RE MADE that cleaver into a knife.
