The Truth of Simple Living

A simple and slow life isn't about buying a cabin in the woods. Its about your mentality in your everyday life. Today's pipe and coffee talk i discuss the brutal truth of a simple slow life and how it can be achievable even in the city. I also try a new blend of tobacco i recently purched at my local tobacco shop as well as a journal entry for the day. Come sit with me and share a bowl and hot coffee togther.

There is a nearby State Park Natural Area that I go to in rhe evenings to watch the sunsets. Our here in the Prairies it's like watching a sunset over a lake. I bring my pipe or a favorite cigar and plan on a couple hours. I usually leave about "last light." Careful selective smelling and hearing seems to be sense's I don't use much.

Wonderful to hear, brother. Nature is great therapy. I try to get out every day for a few minutes before heading back to the chaos lol
