There's an uncleared 2020 level I did that had the words *YOU LOSE* in it but I beat it because of Devs. It's a level called "Airship Nightmare".
This was sooo much fun to watch! I really hope you continue exposing these lazy level creators :)
There will be other creators for sure! Emoretta was just an easy target, 95-99% of her level catalogue is stuff like this.
I play the first level last month and i thought that there is a imposible level and only is a terrible bad level

I remember when Dashie played 3 levels and all of them have a dev edit in them. I don’t blame him for starting to ban creators that cheat to the end.

Nah, I used the site today, specifically.
The site will never truly go down until Nintendo puts a cease and desist. OR, they run out of switches that get banned for using Nintendo's API.
The series will stop when it becomes less easy to produce, the viewer saves hours of work to find these awful hidden items.

Yesterday ran across a tough level in co-op mode online. We had trouble getting across a tight spot where we had to leap across munchers bouncing on springs. I looked in a level viewer and sure enough there was a sneaky dev block on top of spikes that you can reach if you have a mushroom.
Yup, co-op levels do that, because they are too lazy to make a 1P section, so that single player doesn't get screwed over

Instead of disliking the levels, just simply report the levels, something i would do!
this definitely would remove her levels from being reuploaded, actually. I'm on the fence about doing that, but if people wanted to, a mass report of like 10... or is it 50? would just destroy her levels permanently. She could save an extra copy, but she would have to upload it again by clear checking.

I feel like the concept behind dev exits could be used to make cool levels.
In trolls, there were the concept of misleading to get a hint for progression as a shortcut in a longer troll level.
Other than that, not sure how it could be applied.
This is why I always complete my levels myself, and I still have 1 that nobody else has been able to complete yet. (No. I have no hidden items, exits, or literally anything. It's just me and skill)

Emoretta is a girl btw, at least that is what she goes by.
She is Notorious for deleting stuff that I clear on her account, she'll even delete and reupload, and change NOTHING about the level. It's disgusting.
What else she does: even if I beat her legit real levels, she deletes and reuploads.
She had some tweets on twitter, exclaiming something along the lines of: "wow, I have 27 uncleared levels now, I guess they're too hard"
Almost word for word on that tweet, sadly.
Also, I should mention that it's not just me that she deletes and reuploads. She does it to anyone that clears her levels that isn't her "friend".

and THIS is why I never put dev anything in my levels. I always want to give the player a challenge even if my level design is terrible lol.
Better to have a crappy level with no devs rather than a crappy level with devs, and no way to know if the level is actually possible otherwise.
I wanna say this, what's the point of making a level if they're gonna add a dev exit? Also great job on exposing Dev Exits

The only valid reason I can think of is the complex troll levels that require a death.
Found yet another dev on accident in co-op play, the dev wanted us to go through this horrible one block crouch spike jump gauntlet 4 times to get 4 red coins, but a Luigi player bounced off someone else and hit a dev key block lol

How do you find levels that have a dev exit?
You check the level in viewer, and come to a conclusion.
I've had this maker saved because I've exposed her time and time again on my Stream. This is just the first time I've put it on YT.
I didn't really want to immortalize this kind of stuff, but she don't learn so.
As for the real answer, go to Super Expert Uncleared. You'll find a valley of hidden dev stuff in about a good 30% of the levels there.

The other guy, $ells, started to make real levels, even if they suck.
So, at least one of them made progress.
I needed quick and easy content, and she's the easiest because she never learned her lesson. I've exposed her on Stream at least like 5 times lol

Nintendo shouldn't allow to put hidden blocks in any level. We want more of this content 🤩
If hidden blocks only had 1ups or coins in them, there would be less garbage of this variety
A tool is only as good or bad as the user. There are creators who make good uses of invisible blocks, and there are some who make bad uses. Removing the item altogether would be punishing the ones who did nothing wrong

Also, it doesn't matter either way. Even if she left comments on, she deletes the levels that someone clears, and reuploads them anyways. Literally zero point in trying to be the homie there.

@@jncokid55 Even if you are awful, you can always enjoy the casual experience form good level creators. Or, if you had the time, could eventually get good enough to play Expert or Super Expert stuff
