"Breakfast At Tiffany's" was literally played every 10 minutes on the radio at the place I worked at at the time. I hated it so much, I loved it.

He forgot about "How Bizarre" by OMC. There was also the song "Two Princes" by thr the Spin Doctors. Yes, they technically had a prior hit in "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong", but " Two Princes" was their breakout hit.

I remember Fastball having three other songs on the radio. Sixpence also had "Breathe Your Name" and covered "There She Goes", both of which had some radio play.

that song by the Calling was good, for a 2000's song, i hold it in the category with Glycerine, the Reason, Matchbox 20 songs, and such

The thing that makes runaway train. The scariest is the music video especially when the lady steals the baby buggy. My mom used to hate this music video when we were kids because she said it scared her.

with 6pence, i think their odd cover of "there she goes" is better..they made it into an idyllic love song, when the original was about heroin adiction

What I found baffling about another nineties one hit wonder, Charles and Eddie's "Would I lie to you?" (Why isn't that one on this list?) is that it contradicted itself.
"Look into my eyes, can't you see they're open wide
Would I lie to you baby, would I lie to you?
    - Oh yeah!"

I dunno why I had Fastball's The Way running through my skull a few days ago.
I always have dug Breakfast at Tiffany's. Particularly the guitar.

I appreciated even better the song There She Goes which also came out in 1999, both cool songs by SNTR. I believe There She Goes is a cover from the 70's ?

Billy Ray Cyrus biggest hit of all time is on Old Town Road. People talk more about him on that song today than his first hit. Second, you are not a music fan if you don't remember artists other hit songs. There real one hit wonders out there that could fit the bill better than artists with 2, 3, 4, 5 or more songs that hit the top 40. Someone put Kim Carnes Betty Davis' Eyes as her only hit when she had 4 number ones and several top 10 hits. She was a long way off to be a one hit wonder.

Sixpence non the Richter wasn't really a one hit wonder because technically they did do other songs other than that one famous song from that movie they were actually popular in the contemporary Christian music scene

I absolutely HATED Mambo No. 5 & would turn off the radio when it came on. Never mind changing the station, I'd just turn it off. I did love Kiss Me & Whats Up. Wherever You Will Go was amazing. As for The Way, I haven't heard that song in decades. Lens & Steal My Sunshine was absolute trash.

You have decent taste in music but this doesn't follow its own title. Too many bands with multiple hits and a song from the 2000s. Find better titles or stick to the title. Otherwise, you're just doing clickbait (good title with mediocre content that doesn't follow what the title promised)
