She used sweetened cocoa powder. Dark chocolate, is healthy chocolate, so there's no need to add mik/ cream, so yes it's a bit bitter, so I add a bit of organic, raw honey, vanilla extract, & pinch of sea salt.I also used organic cacao, it's bittersweet, rich, bold, sharp, smooth, and delicious!❤

Didn't work at all. I ended up with the worst chocolate cake in my life. I tried it and immediately knew I failed horribly. I wasted 1/2 a cup of cocoa powder. I dumped the monstrosity into the trashcan and put the container in the sink, rinsed it out and got crumbs everywhere. I had to get a cupcake just to make myself feel better.
