Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Paul and Amy! Thanks for sharing your Christmas meal. I live in Los Angeles, and will not reach Las Vegas. I am 70 years' old. The last time I was in Vegas and Downtown Vegas was 1990. Your food adventures are entertaining.
Love watching you guys. Food looked pretty good. Thanks for your funny take on eating the food. Especially when you thought the stuffing was a biscuit. Cracked me up . Have a happy new year and keep on filming.
That turkey dinner looked delicious! The cheese steak did too but the turkey looked better. I have been getting terrible, bland tasteless potato salad lately. I guess people forgot how to make it tasty. Anyway, I like seeing Paul without a hat. He looks great either way.
Poor poor Paul his nickname just got longer “ Stone cold chrome dome” 😂 no judgement from me I’m also folic challenged 😠 and if you want to up your mashed potato game add a teaspoon of Knorr chicken bouillon powder to it but reduce the salt you add - as always another great video
When I used to visit Las Vegas in the '90's at the Binion's Cafe they used to have a full steak dinner for $2.00. From 2200 hours to 0500 hours. In all my travels I like to try local products. They make good beer on Bermuda. Sometimes my wife would make a meal of side dishes. The buffett at Binion's was good too. It's one of the better eateries in downtown.
I just downloaded the American Casino Guide Book app and it has coupons for buy one get one hamburgers at Binions and buy one get one entrees at Magnolia’s in the 4 Queens. Last trip we ate at Magnolia’s several times with the same deal and it can’t be beat. The food and service were great and the prices couldn’t be beat! Wishing y’all the best New Year ever and looking forward to more great content!!❤
@bestfoodreviewroadtrip7612 interesting. Have you guys ate at lakes lounge? If you like value plus good food then lakes lounge is a homerun. Check out my Google review and RUclips videos. I'm pretty much the only person that's done videos there. The only thing I didn't like was the pot pie. Only about 10 tables but affordable ( much cheaper than binions ) and good food
We Uber a lot when drinking, but we'll drive if we keep it sane and are staying awhile. We can usually find free parking off strip (or on strip, most casinos offer free parking to veterans) Uber is usually under $20 each way (& a total bargain of we're too tipsy to drive) A bit more when going downtown.
Way too pricey, especially for DT. I used to eat there a lot. The burgers were always delicious. Get a players card and you can save a few bucks on the food. Thanks for sharing.
Do you really think so? We found it fairly reasonable for the neighborhood. There's so much disparity in prices between quick eats and dining room prices that we looked for something mid-range.
Downtown is fun if you want to stay off the strip but still near the fun. If you prefer totally off strip, it really depends on your budget. Durango, Rampart, and Green Valley Ranch are nice options Silverton and South Point also great and might be more affordable Have a fun trip!!
I'm behind on watching your content, and this is a timely review, as I watched a guy who positively reviewed his stay at the Apache/Binion's. Looks like I know where I'll be on my next visit. As always...
This would be a cool couple to spend time with. They ordered stuff I would not have gotten. The cheese steak thing just didn’t look that great. Unimpressive. She basically ordered Thanksgiving which was an odd choice. I will probably eat there once but will get either breakfast or a cheeseburger.
The turkey sandwich sounds delicious, and it’s awesome to find great food without breaking the bank in the heart of downtown.
More money to gamble!! 😆
@@bestfoodreviewroadtrip7612 that's key haha!
Years ago Binons had a lunch counter out on the floor and Clancy (one of the cooks) would kick out the best burger ever.
Thank you for sharing that story!!

😆 vanity interferes with good vision. "PUT YOUR GLASSES ON, AMY!" 😆
Binions, Best place for breakfast in my opinion. Great coffee
We'll try that next time!
Paul would make anyone hungry! Love to watch him!

We like a little more flavor in potato salad, but maybe they mix it for the masses?
Back in the 80s you could get a steak for $2 from 11PM until 7 AM.
And a hooker for $10!!! 😎😂
Holy Moley, that's a great deal!!

And thanks for the tip

Wow, $2 for a steak dinner! Those were the days!
You guys are great!! (And Paul, you're fine, with or without the hat 😅). Amy, you rule!!! (My 1st post on any Vegas RUclips). ❤
This made our day ❤️
@@bestfoodreviewroadtrip7612Ya'll sound a little "BUZZED" 😂!!! Good review on Cheap Grub though

Hope your holiday season went well!
I love hot turkey I will go there one day and try it..thanks for taking me along..😊
It was really good!
Happy you enjoyed the video ❤️
Hey Amy, Wicked Wheel is my favorite slot as well! We live here too, and im always looking for you guys and Danny the Medic! Hi Paul!
You made our day! Hope to meet you out and about
Great video, but it's time to go back to Southpoint!
You are so right!
It's on a short list of what's next
@@bestfoodreviewroadtrip7612 Sweet! Thanks!
I like Paul without the hat! Also Stella Artois is my girl crush, my fav!!
Thanks!
Stella is the better choice when the list is small
have you two ever tried AA for your obvious drinking problems?
We're actually pretty good at drinking, so, no! 😆
It's Vegas, and we tend to indulge when going out.
I've sat at the table you guys are in.
Comfy spot!
So which was better? Jerrys nugget or this place? Different meals and prices but which was better?
Hmmm
The food was great at both, but Jerry's is a little more comfortable.
Binion's wins for location

A bit more when going downtown.
I drink my wine straight out of those tiny bottles!!
😆 now THAT'S classy!!
Nice looking diner. I prefer downtown Vegas.
Downtown is where it's at!
MAY 2024 ... ate there and it was OK. I had WON $5 playing ROULETTE and used that for a quick SNACK ... a bowl of SOUP 🍲 and a plate of FRIES 🍟
"Tastes like a French fry?" 😆

I'm coming to Las Vegas in 2025 can you tell me the best place to go gamble with place to eat at. I like buffet with seafood
I don't want to be on the strip

The BBQ place is pretty good as well
🚨 HAT ALERT
😆
MAY 2024 ... stayed at the 4 Queens with NO RESORT FEES and FREE COUPON BOOK!!
Awesome!!
Mad dog has its limitations 😅
😆 truth
I swear it sounded like he said cheesecake and not cheesesteak!
😆 too excited
And I forgot to tell you I don't want to be on the strip
And if you're drunk and gassy.... try to keep it classy!🐒💨💨💨💨
Right?! 😂
Dupars was the best, sorry they left
Did they?
We shared a video just recently at Suncoast and it appears they are still open there. The pancakes are the best!!
stop talking about the Chicago Brew Company at the Queens, gonna ruin it for us regulars
😆 🤣
Deal.
NOT a fan of Stella Artois.
Sometimes it's the best of bad options 😆
This would be a cool couple to spend time with.

Agree the food wasn't beautiful but tasted better than expected!
Hey Paul, $16.99 for a cheese steak and potato salad is pretty pricey. I think $10.99 or $12.99 is more like it.
In Vegas?
Would love to find those prices near the tourist spots. Things are just more expensive than the neighborhood diners
$16.99 is a great price. The sandwich is loaded with meat. The portions are huge. Binions is always a great place to eat.
