Wouldnt you change the thermostate anyways? Would if thats why the waterpump failed because of a stuck thermostat.
I assume you mean a stuck closed thermostat, that wouldn't cause a waterpump to fail.

@@Bryan916 I had the lower ball joints knock sensor s and some gaskets replaced is there anything else you whuld recommend I do as funds allow to keep it as bullet proof as I can I'm planning on doing oil and trans fluid change soon
@@lamontgray6015Use ACDelco everything if you can. Also fuel pumps are notorious for going out keep that in mind!
You can't torque the bolts to 22 ft Lbs with a ratchet.
