For me, I have to feel that I am moving my body around a fairly stationary head position. When my head moves in front of the ball before hitting it, disaster occurs.
What was your highest ever club head speed? And how often do you try to gun for the ball speed record? I think 250mph is a major milestone as that would the first 400kph golf ball.
The thing about club head speed is it changes with each machine and the worse the contact is, typically the club speed will jump higher. Especially with machines like trackman. I have been in the high 160s but again, don't think that was very accurate on that swing. As for how many times I try to go for the record, it really depends on the time of year and how my swing is feeling. I bounce back and forth between club speed focus to raise ceiling and ball speed focus to show my progress.
Perfect on my way to train..let goooo

Moving the head in front of the ball is SUPER bad for hitting drivers! Can relate.
I will NOT !! Move my head around all over like your demo. 😂 👍
Thanks for all the great vids !

Would you still recommend this for irons? I'm guessing not for wedges?
Irons are a different story since it is very different than a driver swing. A lot less and different head movement (if any) in an iron swing.
