He has a problem with his model, in order to reach tennis players, he's going to require the help of the tennis clubs to begin with as they hold the balance of power currently. Charging them for posting is backward because he doesn't hold the power in the category at the moment. So he needs the tennis clubs assistance in order to publicise his app either through the clubs or their databases whatever. And so to incentivize them to do that, you have got to give them free listings on your app, possibly going even further by having some kind of universal court booking system that can lock into individual clubs. I think he's monetizing from the wrong people, the people who you should be taking money from are tennis gear manufacturers to promote their wares to the consumers directly, but in order to do that you have to build up a HUGE cache of users of the app, and in order to do that you have to partner with the clubs. Your model is fucked.
