Maybe they want people to void their warranty. Kidding but also not. Tip: I always buy cleaner on Amazon so that I have proof of purchases IF anything were to happen I can prove I used it as manual suggests at the correct time intervals. I will say I've had unit for about 1.5 years now. I use cleaner as suggested. Unit still works great.
Thank you for the simple video! I have the same water softener and cleanser, I used it when my salt was very low. Is the blue liquid cleaner supposed to remain at the bottom? After multiple recharges, the blue remains in the tank. But there is no more blue coming from the sinks.
Did you pour it in the tank or the brine well? I've never seen blue come out of my sinks. I usually do this process before I go to bed so it can do its recharge and nobody is using water while it does its thing. Let me know if it worked out for you after adding a little more salt.
@@SteeleOfAllTrades thank you for the video, I poured the bottle in the brine tank. My salt level was about at 1. I recharged the system, and when it was done there was blue water in the bottom of the tank. Is it supposed to turn the water blue in the bottom of the tank?
Are you sure the recharge was complete? The cleaner would not make it be full like that. I would ensure the cycle was complete and that the drain hose is working and clean.
Thank you sir
Glad the video helped you out
Thanks. Can't believe this isn't shown on Morton site. Coudn't find my manual.

I think I figured it out? I could still see the blue because I didn’t have much salt, I added more salt and I will give it some time to recharge!

I did this and once I followed all the instructions I check the tank and it was full of water for some reason. Any idea why that might be?
