I've had an Eddie for about 9 months and definitely have made the cost back in sales. I don't use the carousel because of space limitations, so manually place each cookie individually. A third-party Milton tray is highly recommended for a couple reasons. It is a more stable platform for the cookie than just using the tongue. I tape a piece of paper to the tray and print a geometric shape that is the overall dimensions of the cookie I am working with. This gives me a reference for exact placement of each cookie. Set up your graphics inside the geometric shape, then remove the shape so that it doesn't print on the cookie along with the graphic. Then just print the cookies. I love my Eddie, it's a great tool to have in my arsenal, and has essentially replaced stencils. I refer to the machine as a computerized airbrushing system when talking to customers, they seem to accept that better than saying the graphics are printed.
Would you mind sharing how you price your cookies when using the printer vs hand piping?
@@kristinkuykendall2640 I don't charge differently between the two. By marketing myself as the only business in my area with the capability to do things like clean image logos, personalized photo cookies and intricate airbrushed images without the use of edible paper transfers, my sales volume has increased. I don't see a need to charge more for Eddie cookies.

Question…can it be used with an iPhone? Or do you need a PC or a Mac?
You need a computer that meets specs- either PC or MAC and you can find the specs on the eddie website :)

What do you do if you need to troubleshoot it? Looks like too much work?
I look at the manual or call tech support. Mostly just figured it out so far. Most issues seem to be user error lol
How computer savvy do you need to be to do the actual cookies?
One should be familiar with basic word processing and image processing programs and know how to follow directions in manuals
Its too big major drawback
YOur camera person needs a considerable amount of practice before your next video.

@@cguzmanvisuals The comment wasn't meant unkindly. I think you may trying too hard. Don't try to follow every movement, but stand back and let the action unroll in front of you. The viewer will know where to look (and ask the performers not to exaggerate what they're doing).
