I love that Sarrah Connor's trauma and endurance is a teaser of John's leadership in the future and how far earth is willing to go. She is the personification of why its really important to wipe these things out. No actor has ever captured the fear for the machine quite like her. You can tell that in Revelations from Bale's behavior. He did his homework. Resurrection is the theme of this universe. We are reborn through our children. This franchise can still be saved.
@@johndoe8655 I honestly think that Cameron should have used that alternate ending. The Sarah Connor Chronicles was an acceptable sequel to T2 that could have led to that ending.

@@MioRaem You're right. It also serves to maintain continuity, with our attention as viewers focused on the top of the elevator, as we expect the T1000 to come crashing down through it any second.
I saw this movie at a midnight showing in valley stream new york in 1991, and it,s still as good today as it was 30 years ago. The quality of the film was years ahead of it,s time. The only few sequeals that was better than the original.
This movie is outstanding and way ahead of its time. The fact that the T-800 and T-1000 never actually talked to each other (except for the phone call) was a nice touch. It’s also humorous that there are multiple occasions when the T-800 outsmarted the T-1000, despite being less advanced. One example is this: 0:28 The T-1000 wasted all its bullets on the T-800 and John wasn’t even in its line of fire.
His acting here was very good here, agreed because when you think about it, he's playing a character that is supposed to be a machine. The T-1000 is a machine and as a liquid metal robot,it has no internal organs,no fluids,no blood and doesn't to breathe or rest and it doesn't get tired or fatigued so it wouldn't be gasping or panting or breathing hard or out of breath from running hard. It would just keep going until it catches the target or until the person gets away from them or until it's damaged in a way that would physically prevent it from pursuing the target,so I loved that he never had his mouth open when he was running.
The T-1000 one of the most menacing villans ever in a movie and by far my favorite in the terminator movies. Impervious to physical harm, unable to be tired out, can copy a person outward appearance AND their voice as well, is a cold calculating logical machine with no mercy, and is relentless in it's pursuit of it's target.
@@Ritiwayra Extreme temps: you are correct, there is very little material on earth that can stand extraneous cold or heat. Tungsten has the highest melting point and I'm pretty sure the T-1000 wasn't made of Tungsten lol. Explosives: Not really vulnerable since they don't do him any lasting damage and he can still move really well even when blown apart. Acid: no doubt as sulfuric acid will react and dissolve most metals except for gold and platinum.
@@anyany2021 Compared to a regular T-800, its somewhat less resilient. T-1000's recovery time from explosives is extremely slow which makes it vulnerable. Acid or molten steel completely destroys it, so I would say it does take permanent damage as seen towards the end of T2 when it started malfunctioning due to the sudden temperature change.
Special effects still hold up pretty well today, but at the time it was absolutley cutting edge...No doubt the greatest action film ever made, to this day nothing has ever topped it imo.
almost 35 year old movie but the CGI is incredible even today's best cgi artist can't recreate this shot (T1000 coming through the bars) Terminator & Jurassic park best old CGI movies ever made in Hollywood
The visual and practical effects of this film are literally so good! like even now it's still not that bad int terms of effects. James Cameron was really ahead of his time
If they would have kept doing this, letting him on the car, shooting off a piece of him, throw him off, and over and over again, would the T-1000 in the end have lost so much of itself that it would have become the size of a Winnie the Pooh bear? “This is the T-1000!” “Awww, cute!” 😂
I would asume that T1000 has some sort of GPS tracking in each of his pieces. Therefore, if the Connor's keep the pieces, they will be located. If they just throw his fragments away like in the scene, he collects them. And if they gather enough fragments together, they may also reassemble into T1000. That's suicide.
The most satisfying thing about this scene for me is that the doctor finally saw everything and had proof
Yeah and that bit where the needle cover fell out of his mouth and hit the ground was so sooo satisfying. Great way to convey his shock without words.
In the comics he ends up as a patient in that very same hospital
Loved it! The doctor realized Sarah was right!
I remember him getting therapy I part three. He kept telling himself it was all an hallucination.
The T1000 broke his glasses while running, the good doc must have coped by saying he didn't see clearly, it was dark..etc.

Owen Wilson looking cop lol
OMG. You are correct. Never saw him until Now. You can see the also at 2:22.
The T1000 totally owned this film when it came out. Robert Patrick should have become a bigger action star than he was.
Zeliha çıktı 7. . KADER. bu nedenle güzel bir
but he was the Villian, and Arnold made more movies and popularity than him. but of course Is the best bad guy I saw from actions movies.
Very nice and very good ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love that Sarrah Connor's trauma and endurance is a teaser of John's leadership in the future and how far earth is willing to go. She is the personification of why its really important to wipe these things out. No actor has ever captured the fear for the machine quite like her. You can tell that in Revelations from Bale's behavior. He did his homework.
Resurrection is the theme of this universe. We are reborn through our children.
This franchise can still be saved.
I’m actually from the same city as Linda Hamilton. My grandmother went to school with her.
How about coming Up with new ideas in New movies?
@@johndoe8655 I honestly think that Cameron should have used that alternate ending. The Sarah Connor Chronicles was an acceptable sequel to T2 that could have led to that ending.
I like how first he shoots him in the hip to slow him down, the in the shoulder to hinder his use of his weapon.

It's called a dutch angle. One of THE go-to methods in camera work to convey imposing size, or as in this scene, urgency and pressure.
Very nice and very good ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
@@MioRaem You're right. It also serves to maintain continuity, with our attention as viewers focused on the top of the elevator, as we expect the T1000 to come crashing down through it any second.

Robert Patrick's acting in this movie is insane, he actually morphed through those bars in real life.
I saw this movie at a midnight showing in valley stream new york in 1991, and it,s still as good today as it was 30 years ago. The quality of the film was years ahead of it,s time. The only few sequeals that was better than the original.
Title of the movie plz?

There are only 3 sequels that are better than the original.
T2, Aliens, and The Empire Strikes Back.

This movie will never gets old ❤️🎥
0:45 OUCH!, this is a very funny 🤣😅😂
Robert acted really good...in physically fitness, the way he ran without opening mouth awesome...
Fdufjf
@เซาะห์ หมัดสะและ good
His acting here was very good here, agreed because when you think about it,
he's playing a character that is supposed to be a machine.
Непревзойденный фильм. Невероятно, что он был снят 30 лет назад и до сих пор не выглядит наивным...
Этот фильм опережал своё время.
Kweli kabisa
The T-1000 one of the most menacing villans ever in a movie and by far my favorite in the terminator movies.
Impervious to physical harm, unable to be tired out, can copy a person outward appearance AND their voice as well, is a cold calculating logical machine with no mercy, and is relentless in it's pursuit of it's target.
gde5
Vulnerable to extreme temperatures, grenade launders, rpgs, acid. Relentless no doubt tho.
@@Ritiwayra
Extreme temps: you are correct, there is very little material on earth that can stand extraneous cold or heat.
When you make a movie so good you could not possibly hope to surpass it, absolutely marvelous.
I always love when the t-1000 starts running after the car when he opens the elevator doors.
Very nice and very good ❤️❤️👍👍😊😊👍

@@castellers531 Nope! If you look closely it left a bullet hole!
This movie eats all other terminators for breakfast. The CGI holds up today because it wasn't CGI for the most part.
Special effects still hold up pretty well today, but at the time it was absolutley cutting edge...No doubt the greatest action film ever made, to this day nothing has ever topped it imo.
The only thing you can accomplish by fighting the T-1000 with conventional small arms is the cold comfort of knowing you went down fighting.
Everybody just being gangsta by firing bullets at terminator
But they also know that bullet wouldn't worth a damn to terminator 😂😂😂😂
2:37...boy is exceptionally talented , can reload every type of Guns in few seconds 🤣😂....
That's how his mother raised him. Have you not watched the movie?
She's literally prepared him for the Apocalypse, of course he can load any gun. You should see the arsenal(s) she's stowed away.
almost 35 year old movie but the CGI is incredible even today's best cgi artist can't recreate this shot (T1000 coming through the bars) Terminator & Jurassic park best old CGI movies ever made in Hollywood
One of the most epic scenes of all time.I think we can all agree.
When I saw Arnold run awkwardly towards the lift
I was like, oww this thing (T800) can run 🤣🤣🤣.
The first Terminator ran fast enough to jump on the hood of a moving car.
I'd say if anything, his running got nerfed in this one.
I use to laugh at that part too-I think it’s cause he was running in leather pants that made him run that way

Looks down the piece that rejoins him at the end.
"You complete me."

More like "guess i"ll have to track them down the hard way"
he had 95% of his health bar lol
The visual and practical effects of this film are literally so good! like even now it's still not that bad int terms of effects. James Cameron was really ahead of his time
If they would have kept doing this, letting him on the car, shooting off a piece of him, throw him off, and over and over again, would the T-1000 in the end have lost so much of itself that it would have become the size of a Winnie the Pooh bear?
“This is the T-1000!”
“Awww, cute!” 😂
Interesting question hahaha
wouldn't the largest piece of him be the main one?
i think they'd of run out of ammo, or the T1000 probably would of tried a different strategy lol
Tiny T-1000s might have done their jobs better in this movie.
The visual effects in this movie will always be the greatest of all time in my opinion.
Robert Patrick is such an underrated actor. Needs more movies.
