It is not important only our experience and our knoleges, it is important how we treat our clients,without to make differences betwen them,to not be rasist,to not judge about apparence,.
First of all she is loud ignorant rude and a thief. It does not matter the age of a person if he wants to go and try for that job at the interview let him. With an attitude like that and she thinks she knows everything I'm sorry she will not be qualified I'm surprised no one in the next room is coming out the ass what is all that loudness is going on. And that gentleman is right he saw them still from his bag he told him the same thing I was thinking if you think he's qualified for that job it does not matter his age.
