Hey Fam! I been away for a while and catching up! We typically use a lot more fresh seasoning and herbs instead of bottled seasoning. Most households will go for market produce or straight from the farm items when cooking. But I love my meat tbh... lol💛💚🖤
Hey fam! We're catching up too. So no dehydrated seasoning blends at all? Just want to know for understanding when we cook a Jamaican meal on the family channel.
@@TheDemouchetsREACT We do use powdered seasonings. We have specific Jamaican brands that are available in the USA, like Grace Cock Soup/Maggi Jerk, Fish, Pork & Chicken Seasoning/all purpose seasoning and black pepper. I like to marinate with powdered seasons then cook with lots of fresh seasoning, onions, scallion, garlic, pimento, Scotch bonnet pepper, sweet peppers, ginger, etc.
