    A lot of trainers give the impression you can get shreaded in 12 weeks which is totally unrealistic. I train at Puregym and I know the gym culture and the way trainers work. A lot of young men want to be shreaded and have a six pack but there is no education from trainers about how to do it. Most of the trainers I know are not in very good condition themselves and have very little experience of training. The gym I go to is full of mainly young men who do not know how to train which is a real shame.

      literally 99% of my clients don't get shredded and neither do I. If your goal is better health then your goal isn't being shredded
