Definitely going to try that poblano marinade! I've never seen a bag used in a slow cooker before. I'm curious what that does for the meat? Better moisture? Flavor? Or just easier cleanup?
Carolyn thank you for your prep ideas. Where did you fine your containers for your meal prep? That was awesome!. I did make the Hummingbird cake it was a little to moist so I place it back in the oven for five minutes. But it was closer to ten. My family licked the platter clean! 😀 Very delicious thank you.
Thanks Deloris! Glad they loved it. Just a precaution you may need to calibrate your oven if you had to put the cake back in. I’ll give a video link on how to do it. 😉

That steak looked scrumptious! What processor did you use for spiralizing? That's the simplest one I've ever seen.
It’s Cuisinart. It came with a bunch of attachments. I got at the end of 2017

Maaaannnn! I’m over here taking care of Mom and Dad. My Dad‘s hand swole up for no reason and we were in and out of Doctors offices. And while I was at it I went to the Doctor myself to make sure I was still in one piece. I’m trying to hold up everything and play my position 🤣. I’m missing you guys too William. Almost. I usually do it rare and over a salad with an Asian theme! Mmmmm But because I was filming and had a few things going at the same time it cooked a little further. But you know what it was still good and tender and not tough. It was cool, that was the first thing I ate that evening after filming LOL!
This is the first time I've ever seen a broccoflower in my life. I don't even think they sell those where I live.
