For the question you asked :
The types of Roads (CONCRETE or BITUMINOUS) laid depends on Climatic conditions of the place. High Temperatures lead to cracking of Concrete, Heavy rainfalls damages Bituminous road. So,generally Concrete roads are laid in Colder regions, coastal regions.
