      We can expect east bypass final alignment in one month. Mostly main news papers also said this.
      Coming to orr final alignment, approximately 2 months. May change this timeline according to their possibility.

    Plz refer ORR planned map from Aarvee Associates. It was created in Amaravathi master plan. Most of the plans showing on youtube videos looks not matching with that plan. That plan was exactly correct plan and locked the same with NHAI for DPR. If I am wrong, plz correct me. Thank you !

    Nunna Pathapadu exit will become game critical as it will have connectivity to airport, city, Amaravathi capital, Hyderabad highway, Nagpur highway, Bangalore express plus ORR connectivity after Gannavaram. Anything which near to city will develop faster than outskirts. Like Kokapet in Hyderabad compared to Shamshabad

      Because of orr bridge, sellers may increase prices.
      But compared to bridge near kanchikacherla, this bridge has less priority. Why because kanchikacherla bridge give connection between amaravati and Hyderabad.
      So if you can get any farm lands with reasonable rates you can buy

    Why ORR? There is going to be FRR and also 25 cities like Film city, IT city, Industrial Hub, Financial city, Pharma city, Nightlife paradise, Pub&Food city etc….
    Already Nandigama is identified as Film city with 25kms radius and 100 acres of land is being allotted for the first film studio. Once this happens chiranjeevi may also enter the fray.
    Very soon these cities will get announced once the YISIONARY’s YISION blue print is ready.
    ORR is just peanuts…..the real development is elsewhere……thats tge difference between you and YISIONARY !!!
