Hi mate, really enjoy your videos. Was wondering if you can maybe make a video on how your business model is set up (without giving too much away which I understand). I.E yard space, vehicle acquisition, gear etc. I am a Scaffolder in Scotland and a few years ago I missed out on a great opportunity with a contract for Miller Homes due to knowing someone in the business. One of the hurdles was obtaining finance for 200k+ worth of gear, and other financial pitfalls. Would be really interesting to know how you managed to get started in working for yourself, the challenges you faced in the beginning etc. Sometimes information on this topic can be a bit illusive. But a video of your story and maybe some hints/tips would be very usefull and inspiring. Cheers mate 👍 0:01
Had the same the other week. Job was 37 foot , 2 lifts and awkward lean-to width wise. Every move , every tube , every bit of the Job was a pig.. just one of them jobs you ask yourself?? Why the fuck do I do yhis shit

Hello gentlemen
I.m scaffolder in korea
Scaffolding alone is difficult
You are nice
👍🏻
All tube and clamp? This is wild lol. Glad I live in America. Pin lock/ cup lock and Safeway gear
Fuck that fake scaffolding shit 😅
@@connamiller879 lol why would you use tube for simple straight runs when you can do it in a quarter of the time with layher or atpac. time is money
Days like that make the ok days ok 😂
At what point do you choose to buy new gear to help with such challenges? I suspect the decision isn't just based on needing the gear for one job
How many mm is your steel beams? 2?
longest steel poles are around 21ft and weigh about 70lbs, beams are 26ft long but made from aluminum.
5hours it would take me 5 days
This guys scaffolding is Way better safer than Anything that I ever worked on in the No Standards No merit No safety No inspector USA

Why dont you put more dieanganoals in your work
Sleeves in same bay on second and third lifts
Where’s your base plates? Straight onto wood!!!!😮😮😮😮😮😮
No ladder hatch
No base plates pal
No jacks, interesting.
It would be sole plates not jacks used for tube n fitting if it was needed . No need on a job like this anyway
Screw jacks are for quick stage
@@Jackscaf they’re for about 20 different systems not just Kwik Stage
@aaronfeatherstone9095 yes I know that
@@Jackscaf why did you say ‘ screw jacks are for kwik stage ‘ then ?
Rob have you retired from the game mate
No still here, another video coming soon👍🏻
Cross bracing every 26 ~42 feet in No standards USA is OSHA compliant!!!!
Love the scaffolding mate , not to sure about the standard spacings. But on a serious note you ain’t f******* got tax nor MOT on the waggon🛻
I don’t have that wagon anymore, this video is from months back.
What’s mot on the wagon mean??
