I have this disease and swollen optic nerves but with normal vision field. But I tell you, I think the mental symtoms sometimes is the worst to deal with.
I'd love to hear your info on mental symptoms because I've had a lot going on these past few years with me mentally and I totally think it's caused by the IIH.
Bro it’s not an eye problem it is a brain problem The space inside his skull became overfilled with cerebral spinal fluid and the extra cerebral spinal fluid damaged his optic nerves So the eyes are intact but the brain cannot interpret the images that the eyes see
Because it's not an eye problem. It can be diagnosed or suspected by an eye Dr because the eyes are like windows and reveal info about other parts of the body. This is a neurological syndrome. The eye stuff is simply a symptom.
