I visited La Patisserie Seri in mid February this year, and this video is what prompted me to visit them while in Tokyo. I cannot understate how incredibly delicious everything was from this shop; the custard cream (and chocolate custard cream), the cookies and the cakes were all incredible! Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!
All amazing employees. Making the custard is amazing, it's not easy. Making those cream cakes so clean and efficiently with a fresh cream is amazing. One advantage of Japan is it's far from africa and it is not open to immigrants except only rare ones from decent civilized countries. Such amazing stores could not exist with primitive immigrant ruining the strengh of cultural values. It's just a hard fact. That is why Japan is Japan, and Europe is not europe anymore.
