I had 100 tons of sand brought in last year for this exact same project. It made such a huge difference in how much smoother my lawn was. I scalped my lawn at the end of February, and started spreading the sand. Then I put fertilizer down, and irrigated,…then it all took off. My neighbors kept stopping by and asking what I was doing, lol.
I need to do the same thing to my yard it’s a newer construction. What type of grass do you have? I’m worried about the grass not coming back through the compost/sand mixture
Once again impressed with your work, commentary, and finished product. Great Job!
Thank You!

That’s my plan next year! Glad to hear you had excellent results!

Warm season turf is best for lawn leveling. Cool season turf like fescue would struggle unless you’re overseeding
@@mithgo_outdoor yea I have a cool season lawn and was planning on over seeding it this fall. Thanks for the info man!
So you don’t need to seed?
Neat little tractor
Love my Yanmar!
Do you seed and fertilize over that now?
With this project i, in this order, overseeded, aeravated, then top dressed/leveled
Seed, aerate, top dress, level. Thst order. Right!?
