Motivation can be a tricky thing. Too little to look forward to makes me lethargic; and too much to do overwhelms me and I shut down. My sweet spot is having just enough to do and just enough time to do it without undo pressure. Pressure ramps up all of my triggers. I am currently working through an overload of tasks, at a snails pace due to feeling overwhelmed and depressed...yet making progress toward that 'sweet spot'. My triggers fade with each small amount of progress. I look forward to regaining the kind of energy and productivity I am capable of...like you guys show us in this video. Wish I could visit!

Pho is comfort food for a lot of Asians such as myself. I'm just like you when it comes to uploading videos, I usually upload my videos right after I finish filming. If I dont do this, then my video most likely will not get upload because I get preoccupied with other stuff. All of your hard work is about to pay off.

Like a challenge or you’re old reaction videos. Just do something that will help you relax and/or enjoy yourself

Always love to see content from you, but that doesn't mean you don't deserve breaks! You have more facets to your business now, it's reasonable to have times where you're more productive in one area than another

Good that your doing it as your soft opening.... its the perfect time to fix any kinks that arise in the first couple of months before your grand opening... people often make the mistake of making their first day, as their grand opening.... never a good idea... target the christmas holidays for your grand launch party... loving the colors your choosing....
Remember to rotate your product around at least every quarter... what might not sell in one spot will sell out 3 feet over... its a weird dynamic.....
Hard deadlines are good on some things...
Dont allow it to burn out your creativity though... retail is very organic... what happens will happen

feel free to take a week off. I'm a teacher and I used to think that my students and classroom would fall to pieces if I wasn't there. Twenty years later and I've learned that nope, nothing falls apart to the point that it can't be picked up again when I return. Take a break when you need it.
