Congratulation it's the first time I've seen your videos and I have no words for your skill and how you explain the construction , I immediately signed up and I won't miss the opportunity tò see the other videos ,greeting from RICCARDO from ROME
Wow, I've seen flies before but didn't know it was so simple to tie one. this is so great I am going to try to tie one myself using your vid as a guide.
Great looking fly, I would love to win this one and take it fishing for big bass here in the states. Thanks for sharing and looking forward to the next video.
Aldrig fiskat med dragontail. Riktigt het fluga mr Bauer. Bra tips om bucktail, ser många som använder på tok för mycket material på när dem binder. Less is more 😊
Would love to try this pattern up on the St John in Maine in the spring. Your thoughts were interesting on how to ty the pattern. We have a rather large Musky though. Might go up in the size of the hook. I liked that tail. I'm wondering if my supplier can get it from his suppliers. Thank you for your video. May your net always be full, Thomas.
Thanks Nick your videos are very informative and easy to follow . On another one of your videos I had add where can I get those dragon tails and I didn’t hear from I would love to build flies with them . Thank you in advance
Nice vid, nice editing! However a beginner in fly tying is one. A beginner in fly fishing won't be very happy to fish a fly making fly casting unnecessary difficult. There are many excellent ways to tie easy castable, but great catching pike flies. If one wants to cast far, fish in heavy winds or don't use very heavy fly lines such flies (like this one with a Dragon tail + 2 hooks + titanium in it) make life hard. 2 hooks by the way are dangerous for pike and angler, especially handled by beginners.
You are the master of fly tying. Always stunning to watch you tie. Thanks a lot for the tutorial.
This Bauer rig is the perfect Cuda/Shark solution for the flats, thanks for sharing.
I like the vids where you talk and explain more. I think it helps new tyers out.

The colors are so vibrant and I love the hollow tie with the bucktail and craft fur..

Van welk materiaal maak je het laaste deel van het hoofd
Bruker du de samme fluene til kveite eller lager du ekstra forsterkede fluer til fisket her i norge?
Where can I buy those fast clips? I’m in the US.

I get your point, but this pike fly is easy to tie, no one said easy to cast, if it's worth complaining about it's time to practice, lol
Why don't you put up a video where you tie the fly you talking about.
@@Dookii2 I have many pike flies in my social media and on my website. 😉
