i bought the mac kit back in december. posted on instagram and everyone asked how i did it, hopefully this could help people in the future on installing the mac kit

Don’t get the fake mugen side skirts they are hard to fit up if you get the fiber glass ones.
Planning on keeping these. Maybe aspec
@@MiguelDsm when I had my 03 I swapped on some 06 side skirts. Imo they look the best out of all and they are oem.
i second this. i got the fiberglass ones.. has a big gap on the front of the side skirt part on both sides. was very hard to get on aswell.

Where’s the front bumper from????
It is more of a hybrid front rather than a exact Mugen copy. I think for legal reasons the 05+ rep mugen sold in the USA is this type. Mugen lower with a C-West dc5 style upper grill blended into it. The real Mugen upper area is different.

My front bumper is all zip tied too. But fitment is very stock.

@@MiguelDsm Just where all those pesky plastic plug connectors are. At this point they are so old they break when you take them out. So easy to cut zip ties off when you work on it too. haha!
On mugen rear lip was it for your year? Cuz the 02-04 and 05-06 rear mugen lip are different cuz it seems like the same issue my sis had; 05 mugen lip covers the gaps

It’s treated me well so far. Materials and panels feel cheap compared to Mitsubishi but I’ve been driving it without any major issues so far 👌🏼
