Oh man, that was so much valuable information. As a woman approaching my mid-thirties with severe mid-face drooping and loss of volume due to weight loss and also the early signs of aging. I have been so interested in an endoscopic mid-facelift for years, but I do know there are several different techniques and different surgeons. Have different opinions, very valid opinions. It's a little overwhelming to decide who to go with. I actually had my first consultation a few months ago with Dr. Randall Hayworth. However, he does use the technique that this doctor was talking about where he lifts the whole face off the bone repositions it with the tines. And although this doctor was talking about the negative effects of it, Dr. Randall's work really does speak for itself. He really truly is an artist and makes a difference in that mid-face area. It's so hard to choose, but I'm so thankful for all of this valuable information that you guys put out for free!!
Wonderful explanation about the midface. The only thing I would suggest would be to include either some video clips or pictures to help clarify different points that you make
@@drkopelman I thought about it because I'm in need of some sort of mid-face rejuvenation. Whether a mid-face lift or something else, but if you had some illustration during this very detailed video, that would certainly help individuals like myself determine if its what we are looking for or not.
I went in to see a plastic surgeon at one of the best hospitals in the country. He suggested a mid face lift. He drew a face to show me what it curtains. Hecsaud the surgery is one and a half hours and about 3 weeks recoup time. I don't have wrinkles just orbital bags and thick nasolabial lines. I'm enjoying this video. I need to know how long it lasts.
This is such a great one, it is very difficult to find a convincing explanation for the specifics of a mid face lift. Thank you, doctors, for your time and effort! Regards from Holland:-)

Dr delivers video adter video. Thanks! ❤
So nice of you
If the midface is long do think a rhinoplasty would be an option to improve it or perhaps adding volume to the cheeks would be better
Dr. you need mini face lift yourself why haven’t you done it yet?
Wish I could do my own facelift. There are very few people I trust
Show don’t tell
