Hi Zandi, first make sure the water inlet pipes are well connected,cold to cold and hot to hot.Drain hose must be hooked not higher than the hight of the machine.
*Load your laundry
*press Power to switch ON
*Select Auto program
*Press Start/Play button machine will do everything
